Dubbo Hospital is a major rural referral facility in Dubbo, NSW, situated on the edge of the western plains of outback Australia. It is a rapidly growing hospital which is part of Dubbo Health Service providing critical care, specialist medical inpatient and outpatient services, surgery, mental health and many specialised allied health and medical outreach services to a catchment population of approximately 150,000 people. Dubbo Health Service is in the Western NSW Local Health District and is funded by the NSW Ministry of Health
